An Associate Degree in Pastoral Leadership is typically a 2-year (60-credit-hour) ministry program designed to prepare leaders to serve as Senior Pastors, Church Planters, or Ministry Leaders. It combines biblical theology, pastoral leadership, preaching, church administration, and practical ministry experience.
